Account Manager (Agriculture)
Full Time | On-Site in Jackson, TN
B3 Creative Agency in Jackson, TN, is seeking a full-time Account Manager with a focus on our agriculture work. In this role, you’ll focus on delivering top-tier marketing solutions for our agriculture clients—including commodity boards, conservation programs, and other ag-focused organizations. You’ll manage tight deadlines, budgets, and resources to ensure top-quality deliverables that align with both client objectives.
We want someone who truly understands and is passionate about agriculture. That could mean firsthand knowledge of production farming, or experience working with producer groups. As the main point of contact for your assigned accounts, you’ll guide marketing strategies, coordinate creative projects, and help grow each organization’s visibility and impact. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for agriculture clients and the internal creative team
Balance client needs with the agency’s bottom line, managing resources, timelines, and budgets
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships to support long-term success in the ag industry
Identify and understand each client’s unique business goals—whether it’s promoting best farming practices, crop innovations, or grower outreach
Work closely with our internal team to develop effective, detail-driven marketing strategies tailored to agriculture
Oversee agriculture-focused initiatives, from branding and public relations to digital advertising and event promotion
Track and measure key account metrics; create and present marketing reports relevant to agricultural benchmarks
Proactively seek out new opportunities for growth within each account, from new campaigns to partnerships
Manage a variety of tasks—including coordinating photoshoots, editing newsletters, and directing social media/digital ads
Track time and monitor billable hours to maintain efficiency and profitability
Maintain excellent organization and follow-up skills to keep projects on schedule and clients informed
Qualifications:
Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with strong multi-tasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
A lifelong learner with a problem-solving attitude
Proven leadership and stress-management skills
Able to understand clients’ business models and implement brand messaging—especially for ag-centric organizations
Knowledge of current marketing principles (digital, social, traditional, print) or willingness to learn quickly
Proficient in tracking and presenting metrics
Knowledge of editorial workflows/publication processes
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, agriculture, or a related field (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in account/client management or a related marketing role (preferred)
Experience in agriculture marketing or the agribusiness industry is highly preferred
Some travel may be required
Ability to work outdoors for farm visits
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
