Staffing agencies aren’t able to leverage one social media page managed by a marketing team. Due to the fast-paced, localized nature of job postings, individual location pages are needed for social media. This means locations have to create and manage social media content and graphics independently, creating unintentional branding inconsistencies throughout the company.

Our Solution:

B3 created an internal marketing system (RecruitReady®) that allows each location to have access to branded content that can be easily personalized for their unique needs. This streamlined tool has reduced time spent by recruiters and has strengthened Manpower’s brand presence.

Manpower Mid-South has also trusted us to create impactful marketing and promotional materials. We created coasters with a scannable QR code that takes people to a specific landing page, along with other creative ideas such as the custom boxes.
