Stephanie is a life-long entrepreneur who has been creating and developing businesses since the age of 11. She is also an award-winning designer and marketer who has been helping small and medium businesses for over 15 years.
Stephanie currently serves on the Leaders Education Foundation Executive Board, Boys & Girls Club of Jackson Board, Carl Perkins Center for Child Abuse Board, Circle of Red, and the UT Martin Alumni Council. Past experiences include Leadership Jackson, Class of 2011, and Jackson’s Finest, 2013.

Lyndsay’s passion for digital advertising and solutions runs deep. Before graduating from Freed-Hardeman University with a BBA in Marketing and BA in Spanish, she had already completed several certifications in the field. Since then, she has continued her learning by gaining additional certifications from Google. Once Lyndsay joined B3, she immediately started serving our clients well. She helps our clients get results in social media and digital advertising. In fact, most clients see double-digit click through rates. Outside of work, Lyndsay enjoys spending time with her dog, Bentley, a Labrador/Golden Retriever mix whose full name is Señor Bentley Alan Chalupa Best.
Lyndsay is currently serving on the Leaders Credit Union Advisory Board.

Brooks’ passion and expertise focus mainly on video, where he loves telling stories and capturing emotion through film. He’s worked with well-known organizations such as Union University, Indigenous Outreach International in Ethiopia, and the Culinary Institute of America. Before joining B3, Brooks enjoyed filming weddings and creating video content for smaller, local businesses. When Brooks isn’t working on a film project, you’ll likely catch him watching a hockey game, cheering on the Nashville Predators.

Kris is an award-winning artist with an innovative style that goes beyond his artwork. He always invests himself in his work by building creative business strategies that truly create something unique for clients that produce results. Kris graduated from Lambuth University and spent over 15 years working as a freelance artist. His favorite movie is The Transformers: The Movie (1986). Yes, there’s a difference.

Amanda brings her ‘A’ game every day with her wordsmithing abilities. She has a passion for writing and communication and believes every business deserves to shine. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys volunteering with the Jackson Arts Council and supporting the local arts community. She also loves to travel and has studied abroad in France, Italy, and Greece.

Keli Gooch is a nationally recognized writer, blogger, and licensed mental health therapist. Her work has been featured on TODAY Show, Kathie Lee & Hoda, Scary Mommy, HuffPost, blackdoctor.org, FamilyLife, and The Mighty. Keli has a knack for corporate content creation and helping businesses share their brand story. She is strategic and meticulous when it comes to curating and developing content. Keli is also trained to write for search engine optimization.

Melinda is a seasoned, award-winning designer with a large portfolio of national work. Previous clients include brands such as Subaru, Rolex, Cox Communications, Discover Card, and Lifeway. Her education background includes a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Memphis College of Art.
Melinda’s past experiences range from working for a newspaper to a large agency. She currently teaches graphic design courses at Union University.

Monica is a boss when it comes to making others feel comfortable in front of the camera. She is an experienced photographer, working with large players like Toyota to local small businesses like Tennessee Design Shop. Monica is no stranger to the corporate world either. She left a successful leadership position in Supply Chain Management with GE before moving to the United States with her husband. Monica also provides translation services for B3 in Spanish and French.
While still new to the West Tennessee area, Monica has already donated her time and talents helping local nonprofits.
