The new owner wanted to elevate the Town & Country REALTORS® brand, becoming more premium and modern. Our first project was a carefully considered re-brand that consisted of a robust set of print and marketing tools. Our next phase was creating a website that shattered “what’s always been done before,” focusing instead on trusted relationships and experiences.

The Beginning

After 50 successful years, Reggie Smith decided it was time for someone new to lead Town & Country Realtors®. It was important for the new owner, Joey Hale, to honor the legacy that had been created by Mr. Smith while still leading agents into the ever-changing market with innovation.

B3 knew the valuable brand equity that was established had to be preserved. We created a new logo and brand identity that not only remained recognizable, but created a premium feeling that the new owner wanted to communicate.

Redefining the Playing Field

Acknowledging that giants like Realtor.com and Zillow have become the primary resource for property searches, we embraced what Town & Country Realtors could offer that the national brands couldn’t—people. A real estate transaction is, in most cases, a person’s largest purchase in their lifetime. We knew that finding someone trustworthy and relatable was most important. Knowing what houses are for sale is the easy part, but finding someone that will guide you safely through the process isn’t quite so easy.

The new Town & Country website focuses on relationships first. Leading with an agent-matching system and in-depth agent bios, clients are able to gain confidence in their realtor before making contact.

Standing Out in a Competitive Market.

Agents are the most important asset that a real estate agency has. When a realtor has access to professional marketing content, they are already one step ahead of their competition. Town & Country believes in providing those resources, saving individual agents incredible amounts of money.
